Custom-printed items
Everything Printboy makes is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size you picked.
Damaged or misprinted
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you approved, contact us with photos as soon as you can after receiving it. We will reprint the affected items or refund them.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production.
